winpkr Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and winpkr ("winpkr", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the winpkr website at winpkr.im and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and account management functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, clicking "Register", creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use a winpkr account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. winpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification. Accounts where the holder is found to be underage will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets on winpkr. winpkr does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Access to winpkr from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken entirely at your own legal risk.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may register and maintain only one active winpkr account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. winpkr reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed across such accounts. Remaining balances after deduction of any bonus funds may be returned at winpkr's discretion.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of winpkr. Providing false or misleading information, including name, date of birth, or contact details, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpkr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winpkr will never ask for your password via any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You agree to notify winpkr promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. winpkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

winpkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before processing your first withdrawal, winpkr requires successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid CNIC. winpkr reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Withdrawable Balances

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met. Real-money deposits and winnings from real-money bets (excluding bonus-derived winnings pending wagering) form your withdrawable balance. winpkr's cashier interface indicates your current withdrawable balance at all times.

4.4 No Money Laundering

winpkr prohibits the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must come from payment methods legally registered to and owned by you. winpkr cooperates fully with applicable financial crime investigations and may freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on winpkr — whether on cricket, baseball, tennis, or any other sport — are accepted at winpkr's sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference. winpkr reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing reasons.

5.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that winpkr publishes clearly erroneous odds or game information due to a technical or human error ("Manifest Error"), winpkr reserves the right to void any bets accepted at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. winpkr will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected users promptly.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL cricket, international cricket, baseball, and tennis. In-play bets are accepted in real time; winpkr may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined — due to connection delays or otherwise — may be voided at winpkr's discretion.

5.4 Casino and RNG Games

Slot games and RNG table games on winpkr use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers with video streaming; winpkr is not responsible for streaming interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

winpkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates. These terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered and must be read carefully before opting in.

• Each promotion applies to one account per household, IP address, and device unless stated otherwise.
• winpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting solely to extract bonus value, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You agree not to use winpkr for any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, system glitches, or errors in winpkr's odds or game software for financial advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or the use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing winpkr using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Conducting coordinated betting or collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's account or payment details.

winpkr employs fraud detection systems and monitors betting patterns for suspicious activity. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation, with winnings from such activity voided.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

winpkr may suspend, restrict, or close any user account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account action;
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention is in effect.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winpkr support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification, less any outstanding bonus obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winpkr Platform, including but not limited to the winpkr name, logo, software, design, graphics, text, and data, is the exclusive property of winpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of winpkr's content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. winpkr expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond winpkr's reasonable control;
• Third-party payment processing delays or errors;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

winpkr is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds added to your account;
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting you to time spent on the Platform;
• Cool-off periods — temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited exclusion from winpkr, activated immediately upon request.

These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and take effect without delay. winpkr will not accept any deposits or bets from a self-excluded account for the duration of the exclusion period.

12. Privacy and Data

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of winpkr that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Informal resolution should first be attempted by contacting winpkr support — the majority of account and betting disputes can be resolved at that stage.
